Evan is teething so we bought some sugar free popsicles. This is a great picture because it was about the only moment he could really hold it upright. Evan makes the most of his opposable thumb by holding anything with a handle between his thumb and forefinger. The result being anything top heavy is very hard for him to maneuver and he ends up dragging the item around in his pincer grasp. He has tried to maneuver heavy metal pots by the tip of their handles! Evan is also not so sure he likes the icey cool refreshment of a popsicle yet either.
Evan is walking like a pro now and the "cowboy" or "drunken sailor" walk is almost non-existant except on deep sand or other uncommon surfaces. I was getting Evan ready for bath time the other night and as usual he flees with his clothes start coming off. Here he is walking very matter of factly back down the hallway, even swinging his arms.
And Evan being cute:
Evan actually climbs up and sits in his chair now. I think he gets a kick out of knowing it is only his chair and nobody else sits in it.
Funny face.
Finally, this is Evan's look much of the time now as several molars are pushing their way through. Poor guy, I hope it isn't for much longer.
