Evan loves my brother, his uncle Mike. Michael plays with Evan and half the time Evan is staring at Mike in awe. He also tries to do just as Uncle Mike does, such as taking the top of the tower down without knocking down the rest of the cups. Evan was successful a few times!
Finally, looking cute as ever at breakfast this morning.
Thanksgiving Dinner was delicious as usual and we all ate too much. This year we had two new recipes including a Sourdough/Sausage/Pear stuffing and a corn casserole.
Woo time is passing quickly! It is amazing that they go from a little potato to a toddler so quickly. I asked James, "Why only a year of this and we get 10 years of teenager?!"
Halloween day we hung out and tore up dried leaves. Evan enjoys the Fall foliage by tearing up a leaf until it is bitty pieces. Then he will fuss and look around, "Where did the leaf go?" Soon he finds another though and commences tearing once again. Here he is hanging out on my parent's front walk.
On Halloween night we went to my cousin's neighborhood. Evan trick or treated with his (almost) three year old cousin, Maryn. She was a very cute lady bug. Evan only tolerated sitting in the stroller for a bit. I think he was afraid of the dark because we haven't spent much time out and about at night because it is Evan's bedtime! But Evan got to stay up late for Trick or Treating. After a few minutes I had to carry him door to door and then we came in a bit early, while his older cousins continued on. We had fun!
