Happy Easter!

Playing in the sandbox in the nice weather. Evan loves to perform for the camera.

He was getting all worked up so finally I told him to just go play so I could get some pictures and I hurt his feelings! I felt so bad!

A city sponsored Easter Egg Hunt. It was more like grabbing the candy after it falls out of the pinata. Not really a lot of fun and the smaller kids, even though they are broken up into a couple age groups, get short changed. The staff came later and handed out eggs to the littler kids which was nice. I brought some eggs for the kids as well.

Trying to get Evan to go #2 on the potty. We didn't have any luck and still haven't.

Stone cold busted swiping crackers! As you see he also spilled some baking soda.

Coloring eggs. Evan was excited about it and loved watching the color changes.

Evan also had a chick tattooed on his chest.

On Saturday we all went to go see Go Diego Go, Live! and it was fun but I probably wouldn't go see it again. All the kids there were loving it!

Drew saw Evan eating some candy after breakfast so I could hardly deny him! He enjoyed it quite a bit.

Some Pictures

Drew is 14 months old but with as hectic as everything has been lately, I haven't taken a picture yet! I have to remember one of these afternoons soon before he is 15 months old!

I took a lot of pictures of the kids just not one with the palm pilot and bear! But one is forthcoming.

Surveying what he is bringing to preschool snack. I told him the brownies were for all of his friends and he said, "But then they be all gone!"

Photobucket

Evan making a joke. This toy is called "The Word WAMMER" but Evan was saying it was the "Word HAMMER" and hammering the trash can with it.

Photobucket

Evan's favorite meal of the day is breakfast and he consumes most of his daily calories by far during this meal.

This is how I find Drew most mornings! Scaling the crib!

Evan picked out some library books the other day and one of the books he picked out was Nappy Hair. I didn't want to say no to it because I didn't want to stigmatize it somehow, but I also didn't want him running around telling people they had nappy hair. So I took it hoping he may not make it the focus of his reading. We have ended up reading it once, but it is a bit wordy and Evan loses interest after a few pages.

Drew also loves motoring around on Evan's rocket.

Here is some trouble. They were both very quiet and I found them digging into a Cheerio box left on the pantry floor.

Drew snuck into the cabinet.

Drew's favorite part about bath time is the drawing of the bath when he can play with the tap water.

James gets Drew to let him brush his teeth by making a motorboat sound.
