Wasn't it just yesterday I was posting that Evan was SIX months old and here we are at seven?

We are at Grandma and Grandpa Heflebower's for the Independence Day holiday 2005. Evan is enjoying the pool and he is napping and sleeping very well. James and I have actually had time to go on a date!

Tomorrow we are setting off some fireworks and we are going to wake Evan up around 8 something after a late nap or early bed time and then hopefully put him back down after bedtime. Now he maybe going back down very quickly depending on his reaction to the fireworks. I will be sure to post pictures either way.

Last we heard Grandma Earlene is spending the holiday weekend camping so we say hello to her and Phil out in the wild!

So Evan is back on some meat now and no problems, but I don't feed it to him everyday. He is sitting up very well now although we do of course need to keep an eye on him in case of toppeling. Evan also loves to chew on little baby biscuits and he has managed to get a Cheerio or two in his mouth.

We hope you are all enjoying your weekend. It cooled off a bit here and I really hope no one is sweltering. Enjoy the holiday, grilling and fireworks!

Evan you just get cuter and cuter every time we see pictures of you! And you are sitting SOOO well - you are such a clever boy! Well, you are over the hump my friend - less than five months now til the big ONE and you can bet mummy and daddy will make it a day to remember for you.... Hmmm... cake....imagine how much fun you are going to have eating that and throwing it around! We wish you and your family a very happy Independance Day and hope that you don't get scared of the fireworks!
