Evan Updates

Sharat and Lavanya gave Evan a belated birthday present; a musical instrument kit. Actually they are more rhythm instruments, including some of his new favorites, the cymbals and tamborine.



Evan loves to explore and recently he likes the way his hands or fingers look from the other side of things.



Evan is not a mouthy baby, he doesn't just stick any old item in there. If he does put something unpleasant in there, say a wood chip, he spits it out pretty quickly. So when he is leaning over and biting on the steering wheel of his stoller, I know he is sending me a clear message: "My teeth hurt!"



Finally Evan is getting very interested in feeding himself. I help him scoop food onto the spoon or fork and he does the rest. He is doing very well!
